BRIGHT HEALTH THERAPY ships through FEDEX.  We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders available within the continental U.S. only. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and International orders are not accepted.  FEDEX will not deliver to PO Boxes.   Please do not accept damaged cartons. If you receive a shipment with damaged cartons, refuse delivery (noting the reason for refusal) and immediately contact Customer Service at 800-526-8051 Monday - Friday, during the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Eastern), or email us at customerservice@brighthealththerapy.com.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
